DISCOVERY
With consultations, we explore your situation with you, to make sure You will qualify for Medicaid.

ORGANIZE
We help identify and gather all appropriate and needed documents for the Medicaid application.

APPLICATION
We submit the Medicaid application for You and establish a Case # for your Medicaid account.

UPLOAD & APPROVAL
We upload copies of all required documents for You, directly to the Florida Department of Children and Families. Then we finalize the Medicaid approval for You.

COMMITMENT
As your Authorized Representative, we make a commitment to You for the first full year, reporting any changes that transpire during that first year. During the first year, we will help you learn how to keep your Medicaid benefits active if the individual is not in a facility that performs yearly renewals on behalf of the resident.

REVIEW
Yearly we review your account in order to continue your benefits and we also process any notification of changes along the way.

I would like to give a glowing recommendation to Christine Isenhour for the excellent and speedy way in which she handled getting my 100-year-old Mother approved for Medicaid, to get into a nursing home.
My Mother was living alone and was constantly falling-down and unable to get up by herself. Once Christine started the paperwork, my Mother became Medicaid pending which allowed us to ultimately get her into a long term care facility. That was made possible by the work done by Christine, she took care of everything, the process was seamless and Christine went above and beyond to make sure my Mother got approved and into the facility for the care she needs.

I did an extensive search to see if Isenhour Senior Services was an honest and reliable company. After receiving assurances from an approved state guardian and a friend's niece who was familiar with Christine's company, I made an appointment to discuss my dear friend's needs with Christine.
Christine was professional, understanding and very kind. We entered into the process to try and apply for Medicaid for my friend. Unfortunately, my friend took a rapid turn for the worse and passed away quickly.
